Small Business Receptionists, I'm Sorry

For a long time, I decried the increase use of automated answering systems on a company's main line, especially for small and medium size businesses that rely on customer relationships to grow. However...

...now being a small business owner who answers the phone I'm now ready to install an automated system...because I'm tired of answering or seeing on the Caller ID screen numerous and frequent telemarketing calls. I now regret the annoyances I may have put receptionists/administrative assistants and other such positions in other companies through.

To all those who have been in that position for me before, I'm sorry.
